Chicago Deli (chicagodeliinc.com) was a fun website design for me. I did it in the evenings and put a little extra into this job. I worked at the Deli one summer between semesters at Oakland University. Due to the nature of the menu and the subsequent changes I added a really nice CMS feature. I did not use Joomla or Drupal for chicagodeliinc. Instead, I created a unique system for chicagodeliinc using nested ternary's to edit all the content directly on the page. Edit, save and preview. Perennial Smiles (perennialsmiles.com)was a rush website design job. I have known the proprietors for over 20 years. The work they do is fantastic but not having a site was going to hurt them when they were going after more industrial type jobs. Everyone would ask "Just send us your website link." Due to the time constraints we decided to use the KiwiTicket style and start with the color scheme and graphics. We met over pizza and came up with the layout and content for perennialsmiles. Waugs Electric (waugselectric.com) website designis a great example of listening to the client, understanding exactly what they want and incorporating newer features with and older style website design. The waugselectric website was fairly simple to design and code.
